The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) operates 24×7 and is staffed by Acetel and partners’ technical support engineers who provide multi-level technical support, case management and problem resolution. Acting as the focal point for all communication and case escalations, the TAC consults and advises both the partner account team and key customer contacts. This results in quick response to and resolution of customer technical issues.

We’ve also brought together a global team of professionals with extensive experience in deploying digital media solution systems. From prime responsibility for complex, end-to-end systems to configuration and testing of individual units, The TAC has the experience and expertise to rapidly launch your new or enhanced services and to help bring their digital media service to market.

The first step in every project is to clearly understand your requirements and objectives, and to collaboratively develop a solution based on best practices. The TAC will conduct a structured discovery phase and workshop with your team to ensure project requirements and objectives are well defined and documented.

Working with your staff, The TAC’s experienced program managers will create a project-specific statement of work (SoW) and a project plan with clearly-defined deliverables and timeframes. This may encompass any or all of the items necessary to launch your service, such as: program management, system design & documentation, physical installation and cabling, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, method-of-procedure (MoP) development ,subcontract management & procurement, system-specific training.
